Merchant appRiders. Customers. Merchants. One system.
Every booking, rider assignment, scan, location update, cash collection, and settlement moves through one connected operation—giving riders, customers, and merchants the same reliable record from pickup to delivery.
AL FATEHIEXPRESSTrust is a process, not a promise.
We would rather show you the mechanics than quote you a slogan. Here is what actually protects your parcel and your money.
Riders are verified first
Riders and merchants pass a document-based verification review before they can operate. Approvals and rejections are recorded with a reason.
A scan at every handover
Every parcel carries its own barcode, scanned at pickup, at handover and on delivery. Its history is a chain of scans rather than a phone call.
Tracking that is actually live
Live GPS tracking on the rider’s route — not a status that updates twice a day. Customer and merchant see the same thing at the same time.
Money that reconciles
Cash collected at the door is tied to the order it belongs to and posted to the merchant wallet, alongside online payments taken through SSL Commerz.
A route for when it goes wrong
Returns, damaged parcels and delivery disputes have a defined path: raise it on the order, get a review, get a decision — approve, reject, partial refund or escalate.
Feedback that reaches the merchant
Customers rate completed deliveries and leave feedback. Merchants see it, and we use it to keep improving the service.
Leadership
The people behind Al Fatehi.
Al Fatehi Express is one of three businesses in the Al Fatehi group. These are the people accountable for them, each under their own title.

Founder of Al Fatehi, and Managing Director of Al Fatehi Express — the courier and logistics arm serving Barishal.

Chief Executive of Al Fatehi International Travel Agency, the group's Saudi-focused travel and mobility business.
We start in Barishal.
Barishal district is where Al Fatehi Express starts. Coverage grows from here — deliberately, and only into places where we can hold the same standard.
The things people ask us first.
Not covered here? Ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.
Ask a questionWe are starting from Barishal district and building coverage out from there. If you need a route we do not run yet, tell us — expansion follows demand.
Every delivery is tracked live by GPS along the rider’s route, with push and SMS notifications at each change of status, and the parcel barcode-scanned at pickup, at handover and on delivery. Tracking opens on this site alongside the apps.
Yes. The rider collects payment from the recipient at the door and it is reconciled against that order in the merchant’s wallet. Card and mobile payments are handled online through SSL Commerz.
The fee is worked out and shown to you before you confirm the booking, so you are never guessing. For regular merchant volumes, send us your details and we will talk it through.
Merchants place orders in bulk from the merchant dashboard rather than booking them one at a time. Each order gets its own barcode, live status and cash-on-delivery reconciliation into your merchant wallet.
You raise a return, a damaged-parcel claim or a delivery dispute against the order. Support reviews it and resolves it — approve, reject, partial refund or escalate — and you can follow the status the whole way.
Riders and merchants both go through a verification review before they can operate: documents are submitted, checked against our criteria, and approved or rejected with a reason on the record.
Rider onboarding runs through the rider app: register, submit your verification documents, and start taking deliveries once you are approved. The app is in development — send us your details now and we will bring you on as it opens.
Customer, rider and merchant apps are in development for Android and iOS, and will be released on Google Play and the App Store. Send us your details here and we will be in touch as they open.
